Dana Wronski Joins Thistle Farms as Director of Café & Hospitality

Dana served as a volunteer and strategic advisory to Café leadership - encouraging and consulting for the past three years before agreeing to formally join the team.

Every person who finds their way to Thistle Farms has taken their own journey. Having made the move from Rhode Island to Nashville in 2018, Dana soon began volunteering in The Café at Thistle Farms.

Her radical hospitality shone through as she helped bus tables and work the window. It wasn’t long before her background in the restaurant industry came to light. Since she was 16, Dana has worked in award winning restaurants on both coasts, opening 4 of her own restaurants, and most recently, a consulting business specializing in restaurant logistics, opening, training, and - yes - hospitality.

While continuing to volunteer in the front of house, Dana also became a strategic advisor for the Café leadership - encouraging and consulting for the past three years.

When our beloved founding Director of The Café decided to step down this summer, she went to Dana to ask her to consider taking the helm.

Friends, we are ECSTATIC to announce that Dana has accepted the role of Director of Café and Hospitality.

Drop in and say hello!
