Each Thistle Signet Necklace is handcrafted in Malawi by artisans of YEWO Collective, a Shared Trade partner. YEWO provides fair wages, artisan training, safe workspaces, access to education, and interest-free loans, while planting a tree for every product sold through its partnership with a local women’s reforestation co-op. This collaboration directly supports artisan communities in Malawi while advancing the mission of Thistle Farms, making this neckalce more than jewelry—it’s a symbol of perseverance and transformation.

Thistle Farms' Shared Trade is an aligned network of artisan enterprises supporting women's dignity and economic freedom, providing fair wages and collaborative mentorship. The program aims to amplify marginalized artisan voices, eliminate isolation, and lift communities out of poverty.
• For care, gently clean with a soft cloth (not a polishing cloth) and avoid harsh chemicals.
• Store jewelry in a soft pouch or jewelry box to prevent scratches and tarnishing, and keep pieces separate to avoid rubbing against each other.
Shipping
We currently ship to contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.
- Free shipping on orders over $99
- Gifts or items containing matches are not eligible for shipping to Hawaii or expedited shipping.
- Hand Sanitizer is not eligible for shipping to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. Ground only, and no expedited shipping available.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday. Fulfillment may take 3-5 business days (though we will do our best for it to be faster).
We primarily ship via USPS. Other carriers may be used for PO Boxes or specific shipping arrangements. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned to us by the carrier.

Return Policy
We offer a 30 day return window for product purchased from ThistleFarms.org, The Shop At Thistle Farms or at an official Thistle Farms pop-up event. For exchanges, please process a return and re-order the item you wish to receive.

For issues with Thistle Farms products purchased from other retailers, please contact that retailer directly for a replacement or refund.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
A pre-paid shipping label will be provided and a $7 shipping cost dedicated from the refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you when your refund has been processed.
The only items we cannot issue a refund on are items purchased that have been marked down, gift cards, special orders, and shipping charges.

You can re-order at any time during this process.
NOTE: When shipping an item valued over $75 on your own, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
