This Freckled White Mug is crafted with finesse by artisans in India, with each mug taking one month to complete. Not only is the mug beautiful to behold, its production also provides dignified employment for these artisans.

Shipping
We currently ship to contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.
- Free shipping on orders over $99
- Gifts or items containing matches are not eligible for shipping to Hawaii or expedited shipping.
- Hand Sanitizer is not eligible for shipping to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. Ground only, and no expedited shipping available.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday. Fulfillment may take 3-5 business days (though we will do our best for it to be faster).
We primarily ship via USPS. Other carriers may be used for PO Boxes or specific shipping arrangements. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned to us by the carrier.

Return Policy
We offer a 30 day return window for product purchased from ThistleFarms.org, The Shop At Thistle Farms or at an official Thistle Farms pop-up event. For exchanges, please process a return and re-order the item you wish to receive.

For issues with Thistle Farms products purchased from other retailers, please contact that retailer directly for a replacement or refund.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
A pre-paid shipping label will be provided and a $7 shipping cost dedicated from the refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you when your refund has been processed.
The only items we cannot issue a refund on are items purchased that have been marked down, gift cards, special orders, and shipping charges.

You can re-order at any time during this process.
NOTE: When shipping an item valued over $75 on your own, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
Meet the Artisans
TerraKlay
TerraKlay is dedicated to supporting marginalized communities through the craft of traditional artisanship. Initially focused on a collective of women artisans in the Himalayan belt of North India, TerraKlay has expanded to include groups from Tunisia and Guatemala, where artisans work in ceramics, glass, and wood. In Tunisia, a group of skilled ceramic artists, predominantly women, creates beautiful, hand-crafted pieces, while in Guatemala, men are mastering glass and woodwork.
By providing opportunities for artisans to create sustainable livelihoods, TerraKlay helps to preserve traditional craftsmanship, support local economies, and offer economic empowerment to marginalized groups. These artisans, striving for lives free from violence and hardship, are improving their communities while building a global business that celebrates ethical production and fair trade practices.
