This bag is handmade in Ajmer, India by our Shared Trade partner, Anchal. When you purchase an Anchal product, you directly support the women who made it. Each artisan receives a living wage verified by the Fair Trade Federation and additional benefits like skills training, educational workshops, health services, gifts, and more.

Shipping
We currently ship to contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.
- Free shipping on orders over $99
- Gifts or items containing matches are not eligible for shipping to Hawaii or expedited shipping.
- Hand Sanitizer is not eligible for shipping to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. Ground only, and no expedited shipping available.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday. Fulfillment may take 3-5 business days (though we will do our best for it to be faster).
We primarily ship via USPS. Other carriers may be used for PO Boxes or specific shipping arrangements. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned to us by the carrier.

Return Policy
We offer a 30 day return window for product purchased from ThistleFarms.org, The Shop At Thistle Farms or at an official Thistle Farms pop-up event. For exchanges, please process a return and re-order the item you wish to receive.

For issues with Thistle Farms products purchased from other retailers, please contact that retailer directly for a replacement or refund.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
A pre-paid shipping label will be provided and a $7 shipping cost dedicated from the refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you when your refund has been processed.
The only items we cannot issue a refund on are items purchased that have been marked down, gift cards, special orders, and shipping charges.

You can re-order at any time during this process.
NOTE: When shipping an item valued over $75 on your own, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

Anchal's holistic program is designed to address the diverse needs of each woman and equip them with the tools to sustain employment as an Anchal artisan and beyond. 85% of the Anchal's artisans joined the commercial sex trade due to a lack of alternative options. Marginalized from society, these women find themselves trapped in a vicious cycle.
Anchal offers design and skills training, full-time employment, educational workshops, health services, and a supportive community. Through their model, Anchal transforms the trajectory of entire families and helps to create widespread economic growth.
