SHIPPING
We are pleased to offer $8.50Â flat rate shipping and free shipping on orders over $150 through United Postal Service to the United States. Thistle Farms does not ship internationally. Additionally, we reserve the right to ship USPS when necessary or when customers make arrangements. Please email customerservice@thistlefarms.org for more information.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, orders typically ship 3-5 business days from purchase. Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has packed and shipped.
PLEASE NOTE- WE ARE UPS EXCLUSIVE. WE CANNOT DELIVER TO P.O. BOXES OR OTHER ADDRESSES THAT ARE UPS INACCESSIBLE. CUSTOMERS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES IF AN ORDER IS RETURNED TO US BY THE CARRIER.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Thistle Farms wants you to love your product as much as we loved manufacturing it. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back to us for a full refund within 7 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return items. Please reach out to customerservice@thistlefarms.org to receive a prepaid shipping label at the rate of $7. This cost will be deducted from the return value.
Return Policy:
Thistle Farms’ dedication to using naturally sourced ingredients keeps our products fresh and on the shelves for a shorter period of time. As a result of these natural ingredients, our products are only guaranteed when purchased directly from thistlefarms.org, The Shop at Thistle Farms, and Whole Foods and Whole Body one year from the purchase date. For issues with Thistle Farms products purchased from other retailers, please contact that retailer directly for a replacement or refund.
We will accept returns for up to 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The only items we cannot issue a refund on are items purchased on sale, gift cards, special orders, and shipping charges.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you when your refund has been processed.
Exchange Policy:
We are only able to process returns at this time. If you would like to exchange a product, please follow our return policy above.
You may then place a new order online. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Please note: Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns and exchanges. Reach out to customerservice@thistlefarms.org for a prepaid return label, or ship on your own. When shipping an item valued over $75 on your own, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
