Deb Paquette & Eric Owings
This multi-course, plated dinner with curated mocktail pairings will showcase Deb’s culinary repertoire of innovative and eclectic dishes for a one-of-a-kind dining and community experience.
As a trailblazer in the hospitality industry of Nashville, Deb Paquette has been committed to making a place at the table for everyone for the past 30 years with flavors that are an invitation and environments that welcome with open arms. She is a community advocate and has paved the way to success for many.
Eric Owings, executive chef of The Café at Thistle Farms, has a long history with Thistle Farms. He began his career in the hospitality field by attending culinary school while working at Thistle Farms as a volunteer, dishwasher, and eventually prep cook. After expanding his culinary career working at Husk, Rolf & Daughters, and the opening team at Jasper's, he has returned home to Thistle Farms.
All proceeds from this event will directly support the mission of Thistle Farms ensuring that there is always a place at the table for women survivors.
