Gold-Filled Chain Necklace
Handmade by artisans from Branded Collective in Nashville, TN creating sustainable employment opportunities for trafficking survivors.
Wear a number to restore a name. Many victims of human trafficking are BRANDED: their captors physically mark them with a number or symbol. The process is often violent: a forced tattoo, a burn or knife cut.
Each BRANDED item is stamped with an initial and a unique number.
- The initial belongs to the survivor who made your cuff.
- The number is your unique registration in the Collective - a group of abolitionists who stand against this brutal practice.
A simple princess design, this one-of-a-kind necklace is linked together with a delicate chain of flat oval cables.
- Gold filled chain
- Length of 17.5"

Demographic of Artisans: Survivors of Human Trafficking
Branded Collective works with survivors of human trafficking from Nashville-based non-profit End Slavery Tennessee. Branded is an economic empowerment jobs program where the women design and handcraft the jewelry collection.
Ending Modern Slavery
When BRANDED started in 2012, 100 numbers were stamped on 100 cuffs. There number is now well into the 40,000s! You are invited to join the Collective. Together we can empower survivors of human trafficking to rise above the branding and the trauma they have been given. Together we can wear the story, share the story and change the story.
