From Marmara’s most popular collection, this extraordinarily soft towel is made from 100% organic Turkish cotton with a high thread count. Each one is dyed but never bleached for perfect color saturation.

Used for centuries in Turkish hamams, or baths, the pestemal (pesh-te-mahl) is the original “Turkish Bath Towel”. They are a soft and smooth, flat woven cloth, made by hand, usually from cotton, finished with fringes.

  • 39 x 70 inches
  • Highly absorbent, quick to dry, and will not collect sand
  • Lightweight and compact, fold flat, minimizes storage space
  • Naturally anti-bacterial – will not acquire a musty odor

    Because the well-being of our team is our greatest priority, we are maintaining a much smaller team to pick, pack, and ship orders. Fulfillment may take 3-5 days (though we will do our best for it to be faster). When your order arrives, know that it will be packed with care, gratitude, and love.

    We offer a 30 day return window for product purchased from ThistleFarms.org, The Shop At Thistle Farms or at an official Thistle Farms pop-up event. A pre-paid shipping label will be provided and the $7 shipping cost dedicated from the refund.  For exchanges, please process a return and re-order the item you wish to receive.
